On June 20, 2025, Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology and Guangming District Health Bureau held the signing ceremony for a medical cooperation agreement. Both parties shall further deepen cooperation in three key strategic fields, namely cell and gene therapy, medical-engineering integration, and brain-computer fusion. Leveraging advances in medical science and technological innovation, the two sides will bolster the high-quality development of public health and medical services across Guangming District.

On November 4, 2025, the Luohu District People's Government and Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology signed a cooperation agreement to jointly establish the Luohu Medical Center and the Luohu Medical Industry Incubation Base of Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology, followed by an official unveiling ceremony.
