Dixian Luo is a High-level Talent of Shenzhen, Guangdong Provincial Outstanding Youth Scholar, and recipient of the Special Government Allowance from the State Council. He serves as Director of the Medical Laboratory Center of Luohu Hospital Group and Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory of High-throughput Molecular Diagnostic Technology.

Dr. Luo has published a total of 110 academic papers, including 63 SCI-indexed articles. He has presided over more than 20 research projects such as the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, and Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has authored 6 academic monographs and filed 23 patents, among which 15 have been granted authorization.
