Li Haijun obtained his Ph.D. from Zhejiang University. With over 30 years of clinical experience in a Grade A Tertiary Hospital affiliated to a medical university, he currently serves as Director of the Department of General Surgery at Shenzhen Luohu People’s Hospital, and also holds the position of Master’s Supervisor at Anhui University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, and Shantou University.

Clinically, Dr. Li specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant diseases involving the hepatobiliary, pancreatic and gastrointestinal systems in general surgery. He is proficient in radical resection and minimally invasive surgery for various complicated and refractory malignant tumors of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas and gastrointestinal tract, with rich experience in independently performing more than 5,000 such operations.

In scientific research, Dr. Li has presided over 6 research projects and participated in another 6. He has published over 50 academic papers including SCI-indexed articles. As a postgraduate supervisor, he has trained 16 master’s and doctoral students.
