Sheng Yang is recognized as a Guangdong Provincial Outstanding Young Medical Talent, Shenzhen Overseas High-level Talent, and Discipline Leader of the Shenzhen Healthcare Elite Talent Program. He completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Michigan and the Medical College of Wisconsin, USA. He was selected into the WHO/National Health Commission Global Health Reserve Talent Pool and awarded the First Prize of Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2013.

With over 20 years of clinical practice and research experience in reproductive medicine, Dr. Yang specializes in ovarian function assessment and regulation, fertility preservation and protection, and the management of premature ovarian insufficiency and polycystic ovary syndrome. His expertise also covers mild ovarian stimulation for ovulation induction, individualized therapeutic regimens, endometrial function evaluation, and the clinical management of recurrent embryo implantation failure in IVF. His primary research focus lies in reproductive medicine. Dr. Yang has undertaken and participated in nearly 20 research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Shenzhen Peacock Initiation Program. As first author or corresponding author, he has published 30 SCI-indexed papers, with key findings featured in prestigious journals including Cell Death & Disease, Journal of Advanced Research, Oncogene, Stem Cell Research and Therapy, and Human Reproduction.
