Haifei Chen serves as Director of the Department of Hematology at Luohu People’s Hospital, Luohu Hospital Group. He holds a Master’s degree in Internal Medicine from the Second Military Medical University and a Ph.D. in Hematology from Soochow University. He previously served as Deputy Director of the Department of Hematology at the No. 100 Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army and Deputy Director of the Hematologic Oncology Center of the former Nanjing Military Command. He has been honored as an Outstanding Doctor of Guangdong Province. With over 30 years of medical practice, Dr. Chen specializes in the diagnosis and CAR-T cell therapy of plasma cell diseases represented by multiple myeloma, lymphoid neoplasms, acute and chronic leukemia, severe aplastic anemia, as well as hemorrhagic and thrombotic disorders. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of rare and intractable hematological diseases. He also works as a peer reviewer for China Medicine and Pharmaceutical Science and China Medical Herald.

Dr. Chen has published more than 50 papers in professional hematological journals at home and abroad, including over 10 SCI-indexed articles. He has presided over and participated in more than 10 research projects, and has won two Military Medical Achievement Awards and two Medical Technology Innovation Awards of the former Nanjing Military Command. He has authored one medical monograph as chief editor and co-authored Multiple Myeloma: Theory and Practice.
