Juqi Li graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He previously practiced at tertiary Class A hospitals including Changsha Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hunan Province. Currently, he serves as Director and Academic Leader of the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University (Luohu Hospital). With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, he is accredited as a Distinguished Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician of Luohu District, Shenzhen.

Dr. Li specializes in the classical prescription treatment of pulmonary diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma and pulmonary nodules; neuroendocrine disorders including diabetes, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, schizophrenia, neurosis and drug withdrawal syndrome; as well as intractable diseases across internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics, such as uterine fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome, infertility, pediatric attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, tic disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus and Sjögren’s syndrome. He possesses particularly rich experience in the TCM diagnosis and treatment of thyroid, breast and gynecological tumors. Academically, he advocates the therapeutic principle of “Six-Meridian Syndrome Differentiation with integrated cold and warm therapies”. Clinically, he upholds the approach of “regulating both Yin and Yang, combining elimination and tonification, harmonizing pivot and regulating spirit, and resolving dampness and blood stasis completely”.
