个人简介

深圳理工大学人工智能研究院循证医学与人工智能中心特聘副教授、硕士生导师。2022年博士毕业于华中科技大学,随后进入中科院深圳先进院开展博士后工作。围绕“医学问题驱动→AI方法赋能→循证证据支撑”主线开展临床及循证研究。主持多项国家及省部级项目,发表SCI论文17篇,总引用超3800次。作为项目骨干/核心成员参与重大科研项目6项,项目总经费近5000万。


研究领域

致力于将循证医学范式与人工智能技术相结合,推动临床研究与医疗决策的科学化、精准化与智能化;具体涉及医学人工智能、流行病学、循证医学、健康数据科学、妇幼健康。


主要研究方向

研究方向一:循证医学与人工智能方法融合创新

致力于将循证医学与人工智能技术相融合,推动临床研究与医疗决策的科学化、精准化与智能化。开发疾病风险动态预测模型并评估风险分层干预临床效果,助力个体化临床决策,包括:利用时序深度学习模型,从纵向数据中捕捉疾病风险的动态演变规律;构建可解释的机器学习模型,识别干预效果异质性来源;基于AI仿真技术在复杂的真实世界数据中评估干预策略的长期效果与成本效益等;同时探索基于人工智能的证据合成方法,推动循证医学向动态、精准、可计算的方向演进。

研究方向二:妇幼健康与疾病防控研究

聚焦妇女与儿童全生命周期健康,重点围绕妊娠期并发症(如子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病)、不良出生结局(如早产、低出生体重)以及儿童生长发育(如肥胖、神经发育迟缓、生殖发育等)开展系统研究。依托出生队列与临床数据库,整合多维度、多模态数据,揭示影响妇幼健康的关键环境、遗传与社会决定因素;构建疾病风险分层预测工具;在此基础上,设计与评估针对高危人群的早期干预策略,推动实现从“疾病治疗”到“风险防控”的关口前移,助力提升母婴健康水平与全人群生命质量。
