王枫,医学博士,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院脑认知与脑疾病研究所研究员。主要研究方向为“情绪与行为性别差异的神经机制”。综合运用基于机器学习的精细行为分析、神经环路示踪与调控等技术,在科技创新2030—“脑科学与类脑研究”青年科学家项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等科研基金的支持下重点开展:①本能行为的性别差异性特征及其神经环路机制;②不同脑状态下本能行为变异及其神经机制。已发表SCI收录论文37篇,其中通讯作者(含共同)论文15篇。

深入理解大脑中的性别差异是如何从分子到环路水平协同形成行为的性别差异性特征,是神经科学的主要挑战之一。动物在进化中形成了一系列本能行为,这些行为大都表现出显著的性别二态性;此外,许多神经精神疾病在发病率及发病特征方面也表现出性别差异。因此,课题组的研究集中在综合运用基于机器学习的行为组学、代谢及免疫组学、神经环路示踪与调控等前沿技术:①绘制多状态下两性全生命周期行为图谱;②解析本能行为的性别差异性特征及其神经环路机制;②阐明不同脑状态下本能行为变异及其神经机制。
