个人简介

王天一,现任深圳理工大学生物医学工程学院教研助理教授、特聘副教授、博士生导师、独立PI。2023年博士毕业于香港大学,2023-2026年于中山大学肿瘤防治中心从事肿瘤生物学、纳米医学及临床转化相关研究工作。主要研究方向为肿瘤免疫代谢、智能纳米药物递送和光响应精准治疗,重点关注肿瘤微环境中的代谢应激、细胞间通讯与免疫调控机制,并发展可控、靶向和刺激响应型纳米递送体系用于精准抗肿瘤治疗。近年来围绕氨基酸饥饿、细胞外囊泡信号、Nano-PROTAC、光控药物递送、光药理学和肿瘤免疫治疗等方向开展研究。以第一作者/通讯作者在Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Chemical Society Reviews、Advanced Science、Nano Today、iScience 等期刊发表论文多篇。

研究方向

方向一:瘤免疫代谢与谢应

聚焦肿瘤微环境中营养缺乏、代谢重编程和细胞间通讯对抗肿瘤免疫的影响,研究氨基酸饥饿、谷氨酰胺/氨代谢、CD8+T细胞功能障碍、肿瘤-免疫细胞代谢互作及胞外囊泡介导的免疫微环境重塑机制。

方向二:智能与肿向治

围绕肿瘤精准治疗需求,发展响应型、仿生型和细胞选择性纳米递送体系,包括工程化胞外囊泡、脂质纳米颗粒、脂质体、聚合物囊泡和Nano-PROTAC等,用于RNA、蛋白和小分子药物的高效递送及免疫调控。

方向三:光响应纳医学与时空精准治

利用光作为外源性调控手段,实现药物活性、释放行为和细胞信号通路的时空控制,发展光药理学、光动力治疗、免疫治疗联合策略及可控纳米治疗平台,提升肿瘤治疗的精准性和安全性。
